- -issimo [I]—An ending used to form a superlative meaning "very", "extremely", "the most". E.g. presto = fast, prestissimo = extremely fast
- affettuoso, affectuoso—tenderly, with feeling
- allegro [I]—fast, lively tempo. From the Italian word for cheerful or gay.
